Wodonga is situated in north-eastern Victoria, Australia. It is a twin city to Albury, New South Wales, just over the Murray River. The Murray River and nearby Lake Hume provide venues for water sports such as kayaking, sailing and motor boating. Fishing is also popular. In the locality are wine producing regions such as Rutherglen and the King Valley. In the higher country there are winter ski resorts and national and regional parks.
Wodonga is 300 km north east of Melbourne and has a continental climate. It is hot in the summer when we are away.
We are looking for a house-sitter to look after our cat and care for our house and garden. We are planning to be overseas visiting family until the end of March 2019
