This is a comfortable easy house with southwest charm, lots of windows, two bedrooms, two baths, a large living area and terrific views of mountains and skies. Located in the open community of Eldorado, 13 miles east of Santa Fe. With immediate access to extensive hiking and biking trails, it feels like the country, and it is, but there are also a few restaurants, a very adequate grocery store, a public library, senior center, and gym. A car is required. This is a beautiful time to visit New Mexico.
We have no pets, just plants, inside and outside, requiring some attention...and birds to watch, feed, water. You might see the occasional coyote, bobcat and rabbits. We are nonsmokers, and require that sitters and friends don't smoke on the property. We don't use strong fragrances and provide scent-free laundry soap. We have no pets and no fence, so do not have facilities for pets. We provide cable TV, Wifi, a washer/dryer. It feels like home. We hope you will feel that way too.
