beginning mid May 2010 until whenever, in or
out of Colorado, all dates flexible. I have
owned and lived in nice homes, and know how to
maintain your home, furniture, plants, and pets
with care and respect.
I was a home builder for twenty years, building
four hundred homes and commercial property,
operated a interior design firm, managed and
owned rentals for ten years, and can assist in
overseeing any necessary repairs or
construction. I understand pool and spa
maintenance if needed, and am a pet lover and
love walks.
Nuturing and loving gardening has been a part of
my life, both ornamental and herbal. At one
time I grew 40 different herbs using organic
methods.
I've raised three children who are all self-
sufficient. My oldest, 34, received her masters
degree from NYC Columbia University in
nternational Peace and is a teacher in Munich,
Germany. My middle son has a masters in EE
Microcircuitry, and is a semiconductor
fabrication design engineer. My youngest son
graduated from UPenn in Classics, and is an
Editor for scholastic material in Washington DC
and New York City. My nature is to appreciate
what each person offers, and what each situation
offers.
My one need is the availability of a high speed
internet service as my occupation is trading
futures a few hours a day. I carry my own
additional connection with me, and as long as
I'm within range of a Sprint tower that will
suffice.
