| | | | Hi - I am a mature, responsible home owner
myself, having owned two homes consecutively over
the past twenty years in Montclair and Nutley,
NJ. I am interested in finding a longer term
sitting arrangement that benefits both the
homeowner and my own personal life needs. I am
starting a new chapter of my life, with joint
custody of two young children that I will be
close to for on-going support and quality time.
Part of that quality time is to be spent during
my sitting duties, and I want all involved to be
comfortable with the arrangements.
My qualifications to act as your housesitter are
well established. I am very handy around the
house, and consider it a hobby to perform
maintenance, repair and upgrade projects as I
have on my two homes. I built houses during
college summers to help pay for my college
education and this skill and knowledge continues
to benefit me today. I like maintaining a house
as a therapuetic excercise to balance my
corporate job demands, the physical versus the
mental demands are a good counter balance.
I am further qualified by having the luxury of a
job with Siemens where I am a home-based worker,
so that I have very flexible hours to attend to
job and home demands as they may arise. I
generally work from home three or four days per
week, with some local travel and overnight
business trips. In general, I am away from home
two to four days/month on business travel,
otherwise home-based, a great advantage to ensure
your home is watched and maintained diligently.
I have several references available to testify to
my maturity, responsible nature and quality work
I've performed on my own homes. I look forward
