Dates: March 7 - 19 2013 Lovely house with garden (fruits, vegetables & flowers) and pool. 4 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, 2 medium dogs. Minimal yard, pool and dog maintenance required. HD TV, high speed internet, no smoking. On cul de sac in quiet neighborhood near shops, 8 min from Hwy 80, 20 min from downtown Sacramento, 30 min from Davis, 2 hours from San Francisco and 1.5 hours from Napa and Lake Tahoe. Short drive from the American River Parkway for walks, biking, fishing etc
