I live in Falls Church, VA, inside the Washington DC beltway. I'm traveling for about a week, from Feb 19-26 (so house sitters would need to arrive Feb 18th). I don't have any pets (and I can not have pets in my home). So I need someone to care for my home, take in the mail, water plants, etc.

Also, I have a very large raised terrace (20x30)that will need looking after, especially if it snows (which they are predicting) - the snow must be removed, so you'll need to be in great shape!

My home is a 2-story townhouse, and you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the first floor/front door, so lots of stairs. I am a 5-minute walk from a Washington DC metro stop (Orange Line) which will take you to all DC attractions. And I am walking distance to a grocery store, a pharmacy, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. A car is not necessary here, but there is parking available if you drive.
