BACKGROUND: I’ve lived in paradise for the past ten years. I am truly blessed. This is probably one of the most amazing places to live, not “just” Hawaii, but our particular location. I have been a caterer and event coordinator for 22 years. I have to go to California to work and coordinate events every so often so I need a responsible and qualified couple (or person) to be here in my absence to take care of the property, Queen Gwen (the cat) and the guests when there are guests. The Castle in Hawaii is a vacation rental as well as my home, with several living spaces. Ideally, I’m hoping the sitters could (and would want to) live here even while I’m here. That way, they would get a good idea of what needs doing and how to get it done. Plus I can introduce you to the area, neighbors, etc. And you can enjoy paradise with or without me. This is probably not the “typical” housesit. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills major consideration.
