We seek a non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drug user willing to stay in our large and spacious home. We offer a great neighborhood for sports and walking in Rollingwood, one of the most sought after residential areas in Sacramento with easy walking distance to the American River. We have a great work-out pool, and Netflick movies (no cable) to order all you want;high speed internet for your computer, and six bedrooms plus a living room and dining room, and gourmet set up for cooking in our wide open kitchen with view of the garden and pool while you cook.
Our pets have delightful personalities including a rabbit who has the run of the fenced in garden. King beds and great views of the private and very large pool make the home uniquely cozy --- reside right in the city with the feeling of country at your doorstep. Minutes away is the Outlet Mall for fab shopping, and numerous movie theatres, as well as great shopping and dining at Sunrise Mall within minutes with every amenity.
