Hi! I need a house sitter to look after 1 dog and 1 cat - both very low maintenance. Both are very sweet and mellow.
The 2 story, 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet, small, park like gated community near I-405 and I-110. Great neighborhood, with great neighbors. Convenient to everything So Cal has to offer:
- Approximately 15 to 20 minute drive from the beach (San Pedro, Torrance, Redondo, and Hermosa)
- 20 minutes from Long Beach
- 20 minutes to LAX
- 30 minutes from Santa Monica
- 30 minutes to Disneyland or Universal Studios
- 40 minutes to Newport Beach
- 2 miles from Del Amo Mall.
- The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk, as are several fast food places, Starbucks, banks, and a grocery store.
The house has wifi, smart tvs, all the kitchen toys, and a nice outside patio area with bbq and fire pit.
References required. Police check preferred.
Note: my flight leaves on the 1st, and I return late on the 7th. I would like the housesitter there on Jan 31, and for them to leave on the 8th. If you need to come a couple days early, or leave a couple days late - that's ok too. I'm flexible on that. You will have the guest room with a private bath.
