We live 38kms out of Port Macquarie in a rural area, ie no shops close by! Very peaceful and beautiful. Port Macquarie and it's beaches are approximately 35 minutes drive away.
There is 1 aged horse and 1 goat that require love and feeding!
We are flexible with length of stay, 1 year is our preference. We are moving to the Sunshine Coast for 12 months with my husbands work but I will be coming back every couple of months for a long weekend or so.
We have 2 self contained cottages on our property, one which we live in and one which is available for family, friends and/or a house carer! We would have to charge a nominal rent which would be discussed depending on how much work the house carer would be able to take on, ie mowing lawns etc.
