This ad has been shown before; however the friend who told me she could housesit for me has had something come up and cannot do it now.
SO I'm relisting (and hope that those who were interested last month will still be interested now!): I need a house and cat sitter from October 10-October 26, 2013.
I live in a really nice (honest) mobile home park for people 55 yo and older (but you don't have to be). It's just a half hour south of San Francisco and an hour north of Santa Cruz; 3+ hours north of Monterey and Carmel. The house is just over 1040 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very large kitchen with granite countertops and lots of cabinets, a den, dining room and living room. Large deck around the house and a nice Arizona flagstone private (fenced-in) patio area. Need someone to take care of very sweet and loving (once she gets to know you - 2 days) black cat and water 3 garden areas once a week. You get a nice place to live with minimal responsibility and 10 minute walk to the beach and I get a very responsible house and cat sitter while I'm gone!
