There is approx 20 different golf courses within 20 minutes drive. The property has 2 horses to keep an eye on 8 chooks that require feeding and collecting the eggs. Lawns to be mowed with a ride on mower etc.Accomodation is a lovely 1 bedroom house with tv and foxtel. Caravaners are welcome to use their own van if preferred and plug into power, toilet and shower available
