We are wanting to greynomad to NT to visit friends leaving behind 2 much loved dogs & a family of magpies who visit twice a day. Our small home ( we built for retirement) is in the hilly Tallegalla area of Rosewood Qld high with beautiful views, peaceful, no neighbours, 7 klms from Rosewood (all town ammenties). We are on the Scenic Rim 1 hour from Brisbane, Toowoomba, Somerset & Wivenhoe Dams, & a short drive to many beautiful country areas and towns.If you want a peaceful retreat in the country, this is it. The only down side is the last 1klm of road to our property is gravel and steep,(has to be steep if you want to live in the hills) however our small toyato corrolla handles it well.
