12 year old 1,300 sq. ft house on a lake. Two HOA maintained pools. 8 miles from Atlantic Ocean, 7 miles to center city. Hundreds of restaurants. "[Almost] maintenance free house. Feed/walk 3 Boxers; feed 1 Siamese house cat. Mow lawn once a week. Water lawn and plants. 20 hours a day free to golf, fish, swim. My house is listed under the "Houses" section for more info.
