THIS IS A REALLY EASY GIG!
I'm traveling for a week at Christmas and Maggie Mae, 9, hates to be left alone overnight. She's a very sociable cat who wants to be fed twice a day, groomed daily, petted on her terms, and left to her own devices the rest of the time, although she likes having someone around Watering a few plants is likely to be all else that is needed.
The rest of the day you'll be free to visit friends/relatives in the area or take in the many attractions of Annapolis, Washington, DC, Baltimore and environs; Maryland's Eastern Shore are in comfortable driving distance. I can't begin to tell you how rich an experience it will be to stay here for the holidays.
I'd expect to leave my home clean and in order and return to it in the same condition. You would supply your own food other than staples, which I'd expect you to replace if used up. I'm looking for quiet non-smokers who wouldn't "ruffle the feathers" of my condo community. Maggie's not use to other animals, so I'd expect you not to bring any of your own.
I live in a secure condo building, which is handicapped accessible, in a community w nice amenities, 10 minutes' drive from historic downtown Annapolis.
Do something different this year! In doing so, you'll be helping me make an important visit to long-time friends. Catherine
