We need someone to house and cat sitter in our beautiful home that is a 10 minute walk from the center of town but in a quiet neighbourhood. The town of Oliver receives 9" if precipitation per year so very little snow. There are three bedrooms, a wood stove,all appliances including washer and dryer, and wireless internet if needed as well as Netflicks. There is a very active seniors center as well as transportation to the nearest larger city daily. We would need to have money to cover the utilities, which would be about $ month. Last year we rented the home for $950/month but this year we are in bind and are willing to rent just for costs.
