This is the perfect spot for a winter ski/snowshoe getaway, or a quiet break from city life. The nearest town is 45 minutes away, but the community is warm and welcoming, and there are lots of great skiing places nearby, and snowshoe trail to the ocean from the house. There is a cat, bunny, and chickens - all take less than 5 minutes a day to feed. The only source of heat is a wood fireplace, but you only need to have a fire going for 2 hours a day to keep cozy! Car (stick shift) is available if traveling from the Halifax area.
