I live three blocks from the main street/ city centre of Ballarat and need someone to live in my house while I am away overseas. It's very neat and tidy with two bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom, central heating and a small easy care yard. It's very close to restaurants, the gallery, cinema and train station. I would not want a house-carer who smokes or has pets but someone friendly and tidy. I haven't had a house sitter before or haven't ever house-sat so it's all new to me. I would ask that you pay power and gas. What else? You let me know please. Thanks
