Introduction
We are a couple in our 50's, have a beautiful jungle house in Cahuita, caribbean side, Costa Rica with a huge natural garden. The house has a trail to the beach( 10 minuits walk)
we are looking for a couple to housesit for us .
we have 1 amazig dog (mix of labrador&pitbull that needs care and love.
it needs to be a couple, (no kids.) this property does not suit for a person alone. IT will be nice if THE SITTERS HAVE PAST EXPIERENCE IN HOUSESITTING.
No guests allowed (family or friends) during your stay in our house( we like privecy... its our home...)
THE DATES OF ARRIVAL ARE THE PRECISE WE ASKED, WE NEED THE SAME SITTERS FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD
THE DATES ARE: 22 APRIL TO JUNE 9TH. 2019
WE ALWAYS INVITE THE SITTERS 3 DAYS BEFORE, SO WE HAVE A RELAXED TIME TO PASS ON ALL THE INFO ,AND GET TO KNOW OUR BELOVED DOG
there is very good internet Wifi system, but sometimes only in the nights it can be slow, so, for people who depend or need it for their everyday precise work , it might be problematic
the internet is usually good for commmunication, but not for people that sit all day on the computer and make a living from it
we pay the bills of the house electricity+ internet.
The sitters needs be phisically in shape, and healthy, cause the dog needs walks and the property is big, and you need to be able to move around.
Our Home
The house is in the town of Cahuita. its 7 minuits walk from the black beach, and minuits bicycle from town . in town there is everything you need. local grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bank. farmers market every sunday.
the house is new and beautiful designed house, with everything you need. you have a lot of free time to enjoy this beautiful place.
there is a well with clean water. good Wifi internet. full of light . electricity, cieling fans all over. great vibes place.
with bicycle you can get everywhere in Cahuita, no need for a car.

General cleaning and maintenance of the house .
loving and caring for Negron our dog.
taking care of our dog. 2 long walks a day with him
