We recently planted a 6 raised beds for growing vegetables. It's been a joyful experiment and we want to make sure that they survive the heat of August!
We are looking for someone who can water the garden daily, who knows something about vegetable care and who can keep an eye on what they might need. After that your time is your own to explore the island.
Nanaimo is centrally located and there are many options for adventure: kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, beaches, fishing, farmer's markets.
We have a very comfortable house with a deck, large private yard. It is a peaceful and quiet place.
