Timmy loves people, he is a very friendly cat who does not do the cattery thing so needs a house-mate when Paul heads off to Europe to catch up with family and friends.
Their is a car available for your use subject of course to a valid clean license, a mountain bike, golf clubs the local course is a 12 hole but reknowned for its skill requirements. All i ask for is a contribution towards the power bill my avg bill is $120 per month so would expect the sitter to pay anything over and above that.
We have a ride on mower and all tools necessary to maintain the garden. A very modern kitchen with every conceivable gadget from food processor to sous vid.
sewing/hobby room for the ladies and or guys.
Extensive video, reading and music library.
Workshop with all tools. High speed internet and a computer for your use. Inbuilt wood burners and heat pumps to take away the early morning chill.
Electric blankets for your winter sleep comfort.
