Our home had off street parking and is only a 10 minute walk to takoma metro station (red line). We have 2 dogs which require a couple daily walks. Potty breaks are easy in our fenced in back yard. In addition to the pups there are a few plants to be watered.
The house is air conditioned. Has a new, gormet kitchen. 2 furnished bedrooms - queen sized beds.
Takoma park is a quite town & very safe. Farmers market is just 2 blocks away on Sundays. 4 excellent restaurants also within an easy walk.
