We have been home exchanging for years and so are comfortable with someone staying in our home, however we have started to be more self sufficient which meant at first getting chickens. By the time we travel for Christmas of we are likely to have rabbits, quail and possibly even a goat and so would like a couple to be here to stay in our cottage while we exchange our home. The running of the place has got to be a bit much to ask for home exchangers! :-) We would leave a vehicle for your use and all running costs would be taken care of by us We would prefer people who are handy in case something goes amiss with the well or if there is anything that requires repairs. We generally leave mid December but would like someone to come at least a week in advance so we can let you see the daily running of the place. It won't be a lot of work but we want both parties to be comfortable before we leave. You will have loads of time to see the island and all it has to offer.
