In need of a reliable house/pet sitter. If you have never been or spend a Winter in the great Pacific Northwest here is your chance. I am a military disabled Veteran and I would like to visit my only living sister who I have not seen for many years due to military obligations, she is getting up there in years and I would like a chance to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with her this year. The dates for house/pet sitting service are from November 23 - December 30, I reside in Pendleton Oregon on a 4 acre plat, my animals consist of 1 dog a Boxer girl named is Bella, she was a rescue dog and so I am very concerned leaving her, I also own 1 Amazon and 1 Cockatiel (parrots) their names are Harvey and Dude, I have farm animals that consist of 10 Geese, 3 Turkey's (Toms), 1 Rooster and 3 Hens, I have a rather large Koi Pond stocked with beautiful Koi's, however the pond will be shut down during the winter month so no upkeep would be required. The house is a beautiful 2500 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms, formal living room, 2 bath, a family room, dining room and Kitchen. I will pay for the entire utilities during my absence to include telephone and internet access, however as long as the calls made are not outside of the continental US. The freezer and refrigerator will be stocked with food for your consumption during your stay and does not need to be restocked, however any extras of your desire would be your own responsibility. My house is situated outside city limits in a nice quit neighborhood, my car would be left for your conveniences of mode of transportation to and from and incase of emergencies, unless you bring your own POV. Pendleton has many scenic sites to offer, there is the Underground Tour, the Pendleton Woolen Mills, the Pendleton Round-up Hall of Fame on the grounds features American Indian Artifacts, photos, and western-style items. If you are in the mood and would like a night of gambling then the "Wild Horse Resort and Casino" would fit that bill, they also serve an all you can eat sea food buffet each Thursday night. There are many fine dining establishments in the down town area to name a few the "The Prodigal Son Brewery and Pub" that has its own mini brewery and serves up good food, the "Great Pacific Wine & Coffee Shop" serve good sandwiches, has a large consortiums of fine wines and a great selection of local and foreign beers. "Cimmiyotti's" there cuisine could be described as Seafood, Sushi and Steakhouse, if you're in the mood for some good deep fried chicken then I would recommend the "Rain Bow Cafe", there are also 3 Mexican and plenty of Chinese Cuisine to choose from and of course the famous "Hamley's Steakhouse/Barbecue House".
If you are interested in House/Pet sitting please reply to this add, again the dates that the services would be required are from November December 30, 2014. Looking forward to hearing form you! Have a blessed day!!
