We are going overseas for three weeks during the holiday period. We are looking for mature and responsible couple or single person to house sit and watch our two westies, Zekkie and Moogie, while we are gone. We'd like it for you to be non-smoking, little to no drinking, police checked and with current house sitting reference given.
We would like someone who will take them for walks, give them cuddles, feed them twice a day and let them snooze at your feet during the evenings. Our dogs typically get along with other dogs, particularly small to medium, but cats are no go.
Our dogs are 7 and 6 years old and well trained. We will be leaving early on the 11th of December and back on the 3rd of January. As our dogs can be a bit shy around strangers we would appreciate if you could arrive a day or two earlier so they could get use to you while we are still around. You are most welcome to stay with us during this period before we leave, or else there are a number of lovely accommodations close by.
There will be no need to take care of the garden, no not even to mow the lawns. House has 2 b/r, off street parking and is older but still very comfortable and a close walk to the water. There is wifi, air-conditioning, 1 km walk to the shopping area but in a very quiet street with friendly neighbours and plenty of room for a caravan.
As this is the first time we have tried a house sitter we would feel more secure having a signed house sitting agreement from the person who sits for us.
