We are seeking a non-smoking person or couple to look after our 4 bedroomed home with pool on small acreage near Gosford on the NSW Central Coast for just over 4 weeks from 1 February 2018.
We have no pets and the house is easy to care for - the pool filter will have to be emptied and chlorine tablets added, plus some watering of pot plants and garden. Otherwise, all we ask is that the house be kept clean and tidy.
We are only 2.5 km from local shops, supermarkets and train station, 10 minutes from larger shopping centres and 20 minutes from the Coast’s beautiful beaches. Sydney is a 90 minute train trip. You will need your own car but there is space for parking a small/medium sized caravan if you have one. Guest bedroom is upstairs. Our friendly neighbours will be happy to help you if necessary.
