Debe gustarle la tranquilidad, la playa y las plantas. Posee una vibra positiva la cual hace que la estadía sea realmente inolvidable. Queda situada 4 kilómetros de la ruta y 150 metros de la playa. Hay un parillero para asar tanto carne como vegetales, un horno a leña (para hacer pan, pizzas y un montón de cosas ricas). Leña no es preciso comprar porque se puede juntar de todos lados, ya que hay mucha! El jardín es super lindo, con mucha plantas y arboles que hemos ido plantando en el correr de los años, tanto arboles como y las plantas deber ser regadas, cuidadas por bichitos, sobre todo las hormigas diariamente. Posee WIFI.

Utilizo la casa seguido, ya que hace unos meses me jubile. Algunos fines de semana, semanas completos o hasta meses me tengo que ir a mi ciudad de origen a realizar tramites, y es ahi cuando precisaria que ud se quedara en mi casa a cuidarla.
Hay fechas especificas las cuales ya se de antemano que no voy a estar, pero la mayoria de la veces lo se con una semana de antelacion, por eso el calendario de fechas que coloque no es del todo certero.

Cuando estoy en casa, me gusta tener la casa enteramente a mi disposición debido a que, me visitan mis hijos, nietos o algún amigo. En esos casos se pueden quedar en un camping que hay en el balneario, en caso de no tener carpa para quedarse, les puedo presentar una.

- Regar todas las plantas diariamente
- Cuidar que no tengan hormigas u otros insectos
- Alimentar a Maia, Akira (perras) y Mia (gatita)
- Sacarlas a pasear
- Jugar, hacerle mimos
- Aerear la casa y mantenerla limpia.
You should like the tranquility, the beach and the plants. It has a positive vibe which makes the stay truly unforgettable. It is located 4 kilometers from the route and 150 meters from the beach. There is a barbecue to grill both meat and vegetables, a wood-fired oven (to make bread, pizzas and a lot of tasty things). Firewood is not necessary to buy because it can be gathered from all sides, since there is a lot! The garden is super nice, with lots of plants and trees that we have been planting over the years, both trees and plants must be watered, cared for by bugs, especially ants daily.

I use the house often, since I retired a few months ago. Some weekends, full weeks or even months I have to go to my hometown to do paperwork, and that's when I would need you to stay at my house to take care of it.
There are specific dates which are already in advance that I will not be, but most of the time I will be with a week in advance, so the calendar of dates that you place is not entirely accurate.

When I am at home, I like to have the house entirely at my disposal because my children, grandchildren or a friend visit me. In those cases you can stay at a campsite in the spa, in case you do not have a tent to stay, I can present you one.
