Greetings from the beautiful tropical Island of Saipan I am a US expat who has lived in Saipan for 10 years. It is a laid-back life style, and our local islanders are friendly and welcoming.
I will be traveling to the US for my daughter's wedding from approximately mid-July through mid-October. (Dates are flexible as I am still in the planning stage).
I am looking for a house sitter(s)to maintain a presence in my home, water the plants, take care of three indoor/outdoor kitties and my adorable rescue pup Buddy. I found Buddy a few months back on the side of the road. He had been hit by a car and was in sad shape so I scooped him up and took him to our Vet. it took a couple of surgeries and some TLC but he is a healthy, happy boy today- still a puppy with all that entails. Buddy needs a sitter who is patient, kind and willing to keep up with his leash and manners training. My home is a modest two story two bedroom three bathroom house, that sits up on a hill above town. It is peaceful and serene, but there neighbors so it is not totally isolated. There are lovely views from the two patios.
I am seeking mature, experienced house sitters and travelers who are flexible and adventurous. If you are looking for a unique experience-beautiful wild chickens will often greet you at the kitchen door looking for a handout. Coconuts are yours for the picking, and we have many gorgeous beaches with lots of activities like snorkeling, diving, fishing golfing and lovely resorts to visit for happy hour and stunning sunsets. Use of my car is negotiable.
The other side of the coin is humidity and possible stormy weather that can come with living in a tropical climate.
If you can picture yourself spending three months on a tropical island with three lazy kitties and a happy pup, I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
