I am a quiet,calm, responsible and respectful person, seeking a home to care for as I work on a long term writing project as part of my PhD.
I teach at Columbia University a couple of days a week, but otherwise I'm working on my own research project and work regularly from home. This might be important to you if you would like someone around more than a full time office worker, given I'm home reading/writing a lot, and I'm good company for pets . Plus, it's good for security!
I'm available for short and long term housesitting in new york city and anywhere within a 2 hr commute, as I need to go in to manhattan a couple of times a week to teach classes. I enjoy the city as well as the country, so I'm open to all!
