I am a retired professional who is house proud, adaptable, personable, non smoker, and was raised on farms. I am an American who has lived in New Zealand for 25 years, I own a country home with sheep, lamb, dogs cats. I enjoy spending the North American summers in the USA and have excellent references from people in the States and New Zealand whose homes and pets I have cared for. I am a retired business lecturer and like to care for pets and homes and live in an area near the sea or where swimming is available. I particularly enjoy university areas, with museums, music, art galleries, etc.
