We are a physically active, non-smoking couple who maintain a home, garden and pets of our own. My husband is a retired financial analyst and I am a faux painter, making my own schedule. We are both very handy around the house and garden and we both love to cook. We love animals. We have a 12x15 foot greenhouse with orchids, bird of paradise and regular garden plants that "winter over" after the frost. We take our responsibilities very seriously and would make an excellent choice to care for your home. I am very neat and orderly and will keep any property clean. I speak Italian and have spent a great deal of time all over Italy, as I greatly enjoy the culture, art and people. I also speak some French and Spanish. I am a former travel agency owner and work from home as an independent travel consultant. My area of expertise is Italy and I take small groups to Italy three to five times a year. We look forward to spending more time in Italy; we would enjoy any and all parts of this beautiful country. However, our other passion is the American West. We love spending time in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, etc., especially the mountains. Santa Fe is of particular interest for its scenery, art and culture.
