My name is Bill Arthur and I caretake homes and properties from Queensland to Victoria and South Australia on a full time basis.
I have been doing this since 2007 when I permanently retired as a licensed private investigator and as my 3 children have grown and have families of their own.
A private investigator licence requires a full police check for character, criminal activity and competence each year and I still retain my last licence.
I have a son who is a Queensland police officer and two daughters who are both school teachers in Queensland.
I have 3 grand children.
I am a Vietnam Veteran.
I am a non smoker and rarely drink.
I happily look after houses in the city or town and am equally at home on small and large properties. I have experience on all of these.
I am available at all times and now have clientele who often re-book me to sit again
