We are an active, dependable, non-smoking, married couple (early-sixites, currently writing a book) who will look after your home as if it were our own and make sure you return to a secure house, clean and tidy, just like you left it - plants watered and your pets healthy and happy (we enjoy walking, so exercising animals is a pleasure).

In business for thirty years, we've owned, built, renovated and repaired our own homes, had pets of all kinds (we grew up with dogs, love cats!) and cared for homes of all kinds, (including some famous celebrities!) in the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia (so we know how important it is to get people who will respect and take care of your home and pets). If there is an emergency while you're away, as animal lovers and homeowners, former landlords and business owners, we can look after any situation without fuss Flexible on location and duration. We are always open to change, new experiences, and new ideas, and thoroughly familiar with forwarding mail/paying utility bills in the owner’s absence, and are available for any length of house sitting (internet connection a plus).
Originally from Surrey in the UK, we have traveled a lot, are fluent in French and can "get by" in Spanish, Italian and even German. We have successfully maintained boats, a swimming pool and gardens,and can supply excellent references and bond if required. In short, we are resourceful, reliable caretakers who can maintain the security, privacy and upkeep of your home – large or small - with care and respect.
