We're an active retired non smoking (but do enjoy an occasional drop of wine - not whine - life's too good for that) couple who love exploring Australia. Our kids have left the nest. Our family pets have died of old age and we miss them. As we like going to National Parks we enjoy "borrowing" pets for a while. My husband adores dogs, while I like them! He was never allowed to have a dog as a child. Walking dogs and exploring a new area is fun. We travel with no baggage - Mmm - not quite - we have a caravan, 2 kayaks and 3 bicycles, and walking boots. Our house is rented so we completely understand how it feels with some-one in your home. But we're "old farts" so we won't be partying or pulling an engine to bits on your carpet. I miss my garden and am happy to potter in a garden - unlike most tenants! We love to get involved in a community - bike riding groups, walking, or conservation projects. We will travel anywhere in Australia and can accept short, or long term assignments.
