Hello! Thank you for reading our advert! For more information please visit the our son built for us at love housesitting and the opportunity to meet new friends! If you entrust us with your home and pets, we take pride in treating them with tender care and strict adherance to your wishes and the utmost attention to detail.
We tend to leave a home better than when we arrived as my husband prefers to tinker with small household repairs rather than watch TV.
With engineering, toolmaking, business, real estate and animal care backgrounds we feel we can handle just about any situation. We are comfortable in rural and city locations.
Here is our information:-):
My husband and I are both Journeyman Toolmakers with college education; ages 61 and 64. We have been married for 38 years and are both semi-retired. We have owned a real estate business for over 30 years. My husband is also a veteran, having served 4 years with the Air Force. He had top secret security clearance when he served.
We have a resent criminal background check.
We are very curious and interested in learning anything new. We read a lot and are definitely self-starters.
We would like to stay approximately 2 weeks to 4 months, just about anywhere. Somewhere where there are points of interest would be great but not necessary. Hiking is a favorite pastime. We love new experiences, visiting with local residents and just getting to know a little more about this great planet of ours.
We have lived in the Indianapolis, Indiana(USA) area most of our lives and would like to experience other areas of our country or another country. We would like to stay in a place long enough to really get a feel for it.
We are very knowledgeable in house and pool care as we manage several homes and have an inground pool and hot tub now. In addition, we raised horses off and on for 25 years and sheep for many years as we once lived on 30 acres. We also raised Labrador Retrievers when our children were young.
We have had many kinds of pets, over the years; most were like family members to us. Some typical: cats and dogs. Some not so typical: a goat and a rat (yes, a rat!) We are reliable, trustworthy, honest, non-smoking, neat and hard working!! We are easy to work with and enjoy meeting new people. There, Done! :-)
Hope we hear from you, Marsha and Bill Isbell
