We are a married, healthy retired couple (ex- Vietnam veteran & wife), both non smokers. We are keen to housesit in the States of NT, Qld, SA, VIC, NSW - mainly country - flexible on location and duration. Being retired gives us lots of time to look after your home, garden and pets (preferably NO cats due 2 allergy), pick up &/or 4ward mail & any other little bits & pieces need doing.
As we tow our own van, space to store whilst housesitting is a consideration (undercover or some shade). Also keep in mind that travelling (from wherever we may be) to your housesit is also a consideration for when you plan to leave on your holidays, but this can be discussed during initial contact. We try to arrive earlier to arrange customary greet/meet.
We are responsible people and are conscious of the care and security required to maintain a property. We will be able to give added security as we will be home during the day (or at least one of us anyway). We have housesat before and can provide references & Police Check.
