My wife Sandra & I are both recently retired and wish to escape the summer heat (May through September) from our Siesta Key property here in Southwest Florida. I am a graduate of Cornell University and Sandra has a Masters Degree from SUNY. I am currently on the board of directors of our condo association and Sandra is on the landscape committee. We are in excellent health, non smokers, and enjoy tennis, bike riding, boating, etc. Our daughter is a former practicing attorney in Washington, DC. who has just joined the Foreign Service After owning five homes in upstate NY.We are well versed in caring for and maintaining a residence. All homes had a garden and we had a total of five golden retriever dogs over the years. I am a retired but still licensed and bonded yacht broker and a former corp CEO. My wife is a math teacher and former real estate agent but both of us have recently retired. We will be happy to provide as many references as necessary as well as a bond.
