I am a cheerful, independent and very responsible retiree (college grad) looking to house sit in California at no cost to you to be near my daughter who has relocated to the LA area. I love animals of ANY variety and would enjoy taking care of them, too! During my career, I worked for high level executives so am well-attuned to oversight necessary on all property management issues (esp. security); good rapport/communication with the homeowner and with your neighbors (if you so desire) and I have been trained on general household maintenance issues. I can also handle: incoming mail and packages; vendor visits (cable/gas/electric/wireless, plumber etc); payment of bills; etc. basically, any smaller duties that you may need while you are away. I also can email/Skype you at anytime with updates on your property (and/or pets!). Since some homeowners specify in their ads: I am smoke, drink and drug free.
