I am three months into a job for a Search Engine Optimization firm that allows me to work anywhere I can access the internet. I choose my own hours, and typically work around 40 hours a week. It recently dawned on me that the stability and freedom this job affords, gives me the opportunity to travel and explore. I am currently located in Arizona, but I also have strong ties to Indiana and Austin,TX. Prior to this job I co-managed a 10 cabin property and ran a campstore in a national park. This was a great position that taught me the importance of a clean, well kept living space. Moreover, I was able to gather valuable experience in minor maintenance issues. I have done many "unofficial" house/pet sitting stints for family, friends, and neighbors over the years. Anything from upscale, urban homes to rural homes on forty acres. If considered, references are available. Most recently, I lived in and rented a converted basement/apartment in the home of a retired couple. They were home sporadically, and I would perform yard work while they were away. Overall, my rental history is impeccable. I am crazy about animals and bond with them easily. I provide them plenty of attention and exercise. If they require meds, I'd be happy to administer them. I consider myself to be an easy going, life enamored, drama averse, optimistic, simple, and courteous person who lives an active/healthy lifestyle. I would treat your home/property and it's four legged occupants with special care. I'm a non-smoker.
