I'm a freelance research consultant and writer, working online for clients around the world. Before becoming freelance, I worked for many years in the UK Civil Service as a senior research manager. I'm single and have a grown-up daughter who sometimes accompanies me on house-sits. I lived in Asia as an expatriate for more than ten years before returning to the UK and love travelling. My online work gives me the flexibility to travel and experience life in different countries as well as other parts of the UK, and housesitting is a great way to do this while providing a property and pet care service to homeowners. The lifestyle of a house-sitter suits me as I make friends easily but am also happy to enjoy my own company and that of the pets I care for.
