Hi John and Maria here. We have 9 years professional house sitting experience in Australia,and have house sat in Maylands,Citybeach,Karrinyup,Joondalup,and South Lake.This year(2014)in Greenwood, Doubleview ,and Fremantel.
We are a healthy, active, retired married couple of 33 years both non smokers. We own our own four bedroom bungalow on one acre of land in a small village in South Kilkenny, Ireland. We have always done and still do all maintenance, gardening, painting etc of our home.
We have been holidaying in Perth for 3 months each year for the last 9 years usually in Dec, Jan & Feb,(but can be flexible either side to include November and March) visiting our two sons who have been living and working in Perth for ten years.
We are financially independent have our own transport and know Perth and its suburbs very well. We would be available to housesit in all suburbs, not too worried about trains or buses.

I required someone to care for my house and gardens while I was away.I met with John and Maria first and offered them the role without meeting any other potential sitters. They were friendly,kind and made me feel comfortable which I felt was important,given I was leaving my possessions in their care while away.
Iam truly tankful I found John and Maria as they looked after my house with dedication and respect. On return ,my house was exceptionally clean and the gardens were well taken care of.I could not ask for a nicer couple to care for my home and garden.

We have traveled north and south of Perth and are now content to walk the beaches and parks so our time is your time and we are flexible to suit existing routine.
Our sons, one a paramedic and the other a maintenance fitter at a mine site are living in Beechboro and Karrinupp and as we live in Ireland we understand we might not be able to visit you prior to a housesit so it might helpful to meet and talk to our sons.
Also as we live in Ireland we don’t have a police clearance from Perth police, but we can be vouched for by a long time serving police sergeant with Perth Police Dept.
