Have been actively house-sitting for approximately nine years for home-owners in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD and can provide excellent references, all from home owners for whom I house sit on a regular basis. Bookings have ranged from inner-suburban apartments to suburban homes with pets, pools and sizeable gardens to rural holdings with livestock, (chickens, sheep, goats, pigs and cattle), also can exercise horses, manage feeding, rugging and stabling. Additionally have looked after professional dog kennels and pedigree dogs, including breeding females and delivering puppy litters. I have a rural upbringing on broad acres; am experienced and familiar with usual rural chores and tasks; competent driving tractors and farm machinery, ride-on lawn mowers up to large scale hydraulic deck mowers and equally as competent around any inner-city environment, with maintenance of swimming pools, (have one in my own home), tennis courts and upkeep of manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. I love animals and they do seem to 'take' to me. No challenge is too great. Have cared for old, ailing and sick pets to healthy, energetic bouncers which require a firm hand. You will find me meticulously clean and particular about the home, neat and tidy and a non-smoker of good habits.
