We are a happy, healthy and hard-working middle-aged couple who love the Southwest US and Latin America. We have also traveled the world and know there are many interesting and wonderful places. We own several properties, so we understand the value of a well-cared for home. We are handy with repairs and love to garden! We have owned cats, dogs, birds, horse, rat, and guinea pigs over the years, and one of us grew up on an Indiana farm. We don't want or need luxury but do require internet for our work; walls and a sturdy roof are also appreciated! We are open to locations in the Southwest US, Hawaii, California, southern Europe, Latin America, Caribbean or Australia for minimum of 3 weeks.
