First of all, I am a non-smoker, who is on my own, attending school, and church regularly. I am not a party- er, nor will I have any overnight guests, nor guests in your home. I am a previous homeowner from West Knoxville, who is now single again and returning to school. I am very responsible, with plenty of references and professional experiences. I can take on short or long-term assignments, caring for your home as if it were my own. Responsible and professional enough to be a caretaker or your house, gardens, personal shopping, pool or hot tub maintenance, pets, mail and more. I can also obtain estimates, interview and supervise some contractor work around your grounds, if need be. Will do most of this just for the privilege of living in your residence while you are away, so that I may attend school and save money. Some add on tasks may be negotiable, and will vary dependent upon location, length of time needed and specifics of duties and tasks required. Though I prefer long term assignments, I am very flexible for short term assignments. References, a police background check (recent) and even resume of expertise, plus professional online profiles are available upon your request. You will be very comfortable and rest assured with me, as will your pets. I have been surrounded by antiques all of my life, and own many. So, I am very used to caring for fine and even fragile furniture and linens. I am also an avid gardener, and love to be outdoors.
