Hi, I am a veteran “house sitter” and dog/cat “looker-afterer” for both short and long term stays. I have met some fabulous, loving, well behaved and of course mischievous dogs in my time, and all have told me a story which I will never reveal! I never forget the friends I've made - Dido a Kelpie/Rottie cross with big gorgeous eyes who nudged me to get a back scratch or Maisie, the terrier, the cuddling terrier I called her, who just wanted to cuddle up on the sofa and followed me everywhere I moved. Looking after other people’s animals is a privilege and I would never have got to know so many different personalities - unless I owned a kennel I suspect. I mustn’t forget the homes I have minded, they have received the utmost respect from me. I look upon your home as I would my own, all the while mindful. I am a woman with 59 years of experience behind me, many of which have been as a midwife in hospitals like King Edward in the city. I have 3 wonderful children, all on their paths now and I am very proud of them. I would love to have a chat with you on the phone as I believe we both can gather a lot of "feel" that way.
