We are Benjamin and Charlotte. Full-time international house & pet sitters we travel perpetually seeking housesitting assignments in all four corners of the world. Beginning our housesitting journey in May 2011 we have cared for 20 properties and over 50 pets to date.

We are non-smokers, active, and lead a healthy lifestyle. We seek adventure and welcome the opportunity to live in rural or challenging locations. Our portfolio of previous assignments has provided us a wealth of skills and knowledge, all of which will enable us to competently care for your home and animals wherever you live.
Working remotely we have the flexibility to step into your shoes while you are away. Requiring very little other than a reliable internet connection, we relish the opportunity to sample life in new communities and would be thrilled to spend our days caring for your four legged friends.
Prior to embracing a location independent life Benjamin worked his way up through the ranks of a large multinational over 10 years, and in 2008 left to pursue his dream of becoming self-employed. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, scuba diving (PADI Dive Master), going to the gym and reading up on the latest technologies. He is the go-to IT Guru for all of our friends and family and has recently helped his father refurbish a property and its gardens.
Charli is a freelance writer and contributes to a number of leading publications including the Huffington Post, she is also part of the marketing team providing engaging house sitting content for the . A qualified PADI Dive Master, RYA assistant sailing instructor and previous county netball player Charli is exceptionally clean and tidy, and takes great pride in a well-run home.
We see great benefit in the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local community and feel that house sitting enables us to do this to a much greater extent than passing through as a traveller.
We like to travel at a relatively slow pace which allows us to fully immerse ourselves in the places we visit. Our freelance projects often require that we find a base from which to competently complete assignments, and we have found that house sitting offers us a wonderful retreat from life on the open road.
House sitting is a wonderful concept, as sitters we are able to subsidise our accommodation costs while providing peace of mind to those we meet along the way and develop new friendships. We find great joy in welcoming a home owner back from their trip with a home cooked meal knowing that their home is clean, their sheets freshly washed and their animals happy and healthy.
While house sitting for you we will not be exploring the local 'tourist trail' instead our focus will be on caring for your home and animals while integrating with the local community.
We enjoy learning new languages, joining in with local customs and developing friendships that we may otherwise have missed out on. We have found that house sitting often involves caring for a few furry roommates and as we are both from pet loving households we enjoy the familiarity it brings.
Our previous house sitting assignments have given us a wealth of experience with which to confidently and responsibly care for your home and animals.
Our diligent and caring nature will bring any home owner piece of mind. When leaving your property and pets in our care you can be sure that we will maintain it to an exceptional standard and take great care of your possessions.
Between us we have a variety of practical skills and are keen to try our hand at most things. We are honest, ultra-reliable and would always go out of our way to work hard and resolve any situation that may occur with your best interests in mind.
