I offer house-sitting services for residents of the entire New York City region, including New Jersey and Connecticut. I am thirty years old, female, and a law student at Seton Hall University, specializing in Biotech Law. I also possess a current US Government Security Clearance due to my past work at the US State Department. Although I am new at providing this service, I am at an advanced stage of earning my J.D., and can capably assist house-sitting clients in identifying, resolving or mitigating any possible premises liability issues that exist or may arise. Prevention of property tort liability is an especially important consideration for homeowners of means who are on leave. If requested, I am happy to serve as a conduit between my clients and their construction workers, should such work be taking place, while they are away. This would include helping to ensure that construction is performed in compliance with the client's contract. I also keenly understand that pets have special needs to feel safe and well cared-for when their human "parents" are away. I have experience with many types of animals, from raising a baby duck to hand-rearing baby lions who were still being bottle-fed. My only limitation lies with carnivorous reptiles and other poisonous pets, which would probably best be cared from by someone with more specialized experience than myself. As a side note, my diet is generally vegetarian. Professional references and confirmation of my background will gladly be made available upon your request. I invite you to telephone at +1 203 519 6310 or email me at mallory.e.mclaren@gmail.com as to how I could be of service to your specific needs. My LinkedIn Profile, which outlines my professional background, can be found by using the following web address: www.linkedin.com/pub/mallory-e-mclaren/5/a72/89b As a final note, I want to ensure that my clients know that I will maintain my current residence, which is an apartment near my law school in Newark, New Jersey.
