I work seasonally in beautiful Algonquin Prov Park from Mid- April to Nov each year, repairing canoes, wilderness canoe trip outfitting/guiding, and building maintenance & repair. For the last eleven yrs I have sublet my own apt from April- Nov, returning each winter. Though because of difficulty in subleting and high expense(in Toronto)yrly, I've decided to give my place of twenty yrs up, to house/cottage sit in a central northern location of Ont.(perhaps on yrly basis) during the off season to concentrate on projects I am working on (film making, photography, music, writing). Internet access is a must, even if only mobile though may need access to high-speed internet in nearby town/city periodically. I am willing to put time into your home/cottage maintenance and upkeep and/or help with a business p/t (pending type, interest preferred*). I fully respect your belongings, privacy, and peace of mind.
