I will be retired by June and looking to spend time in Mexico before possibly buying there. I have spent time on the east coast(three times) and just got back from Sayulita,where I spent eighteen days of Bliss. I am a home owner, with a suite, so I know what to expect from someone lookin after my place. I am very clean, as many people have commented, and am a gardener and handy with minor repairs. I believe you would find me trustworthy and dependable as well as honest and willing to get involved in the community. I would also be interested in Arizona, New Mexico and the Southern States.
