I’m a semi-retired English Language Teacher and writer. I have been a homeowner in Newcastle NSW and for 8 years (2002-10) owned a house in the south of France. I returned to WA and rented two flats during the year 2011 (references supplied). I’ve recently returned to Newcastle to be near relatives and friends and continue my writing.
I don’t smoke and love the company of pets, having cared for my own cats and a dog in Grenoble, France . I understand the value of caring for pets, pools and gardens, have always maintained my homes well and can fix most things that need attention. I have all the necessary references.
